Terms & Conditions

Available Hunts

The hunts available, the minimum days and the combination of species that may be hunted -unless otherwise stated-, are in accordance with government regulations, the current price list, concession areas and expected quota for a specific year.

Hunting seasons

  • Argentina: All year round with certain species restricted during certain times of the year.

  • Cameroon: December to July

  • Botswana: April to September

  • Cambodia: December to May

  • Namibia: February to November

  • New Zealand: February to December

  • Mozambique: July to November

  • South Africa: All year round with certain species restricted during certain times of the year.

The outfitter will reserve the exclusive right to allocate quota in an area of his choice for any special hunting package booked.

Documentation required

The following documents will by be provided to the client by Executive Safari Consultants and must be duly completed, signed and submitted by the client to Executive Safari Consultants in a determine period of time prior to the commencement of the Safari:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Client´s Profile

  • Medical Record

  • Medical evacuation and other insurance policies, applications and/or other forms required by the insurance suppliers and contracted through Executive Safari Consultants

  • Any other specific documentation, photographs and/or other forms required by each outfitter.

Client’s responsibilities

Clients must be in possession of a valid passport and a visa (where applicable). It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that their travel documents are in order. Invitation letters will be issued by the outfitter upon request.

Clients are responsible for all health, medical evacuation, travel, trip-interruption and cancellation insurances

Clients are responsible for all inoculations and preventative medications prior to their safari and should consult their doctor or travel clinic regarding the relevant health regulations and requirements.

Release of Liability

Whilst every effort is made by Executive Safari Consultants and each outfitter, Professional Hunters, guides and staff to ensure the client's safety and comfort, no responsibility can be accepted for any illness, accident, injury, death or loss whatsoever, or any expenses arising from such illness, accident, injury, death or loss.

Executive Safari Consultants and each outfitter, Professional Hunters, guides and staff will not accept any responsibility for trophies after their arrival at the shipping agent, nor for any personal goods left behind in camp, aircraft or vehicles.

Executive Safari Consultants will not accept any responsibility for late arrival do to flight delays or cancellations. Any additional transfers or flights do to flight cancellations or delays will be the responsibility of the client.

Executive Safari Consultants will not accept any responsibility for late arrival of weapons or luggage or for any cost incurred to collect such items from the airport or other place. Should transport or charters be required to deliver these items to the client the costs of transportation will be for the client’s account.

Animals wounded by the client are payable in full by the client.

The Professional Hunter will have the decision to take down with his rifle any trophy that client shot at, as well as any animal not shot at;  if in his discretion, this animal holds a threat to human life, or needs to be put out of misery.

Client must pay all costs in full which may arise from the Professional Hunter taking down such wounded or life-threatening animals before termination of the hunt.

Photographs taken during the safari may be used for promotion and/or publicity purposes by Executive Safari Consultants.

The client must deal directly with the designated Taxidermy Company and Shipping Agent and must pay all packing, dipping and shipping fees to the Taxidermy Company and Shipping Agent directly. Executive Safari Consultants will not accept any responsibility in these regards beyond the assessment and follow up of each operation.

Deposit & Payment conditions

Safaris are booked and confirmed upon receipt of proof of deposit payment into Executive Safari Consultant account. A deposit of 50% of total daily rate is required, or in the case of a package deal hunts the 50% of that package.

The balance of the hunt is payable 90 days (180 days for Botswana) prior to commencement of the hunt. If extra game has been acquired, or the hunt was extended, the balance is payable after the safari has been completed.

Trophy Fees is payable at the last day of the safari for all the animals taken or wounded, plus the additional expenses, ammo, gratuities to the Professional Hunter and Staff, telephone calls, etc.

In case the Observer decides to hunt in any time of the safari, he/she can do that only if:

  • 1.- he/she hunts Plainsgame

  • 2.- there is a Professional Hunter available

  • 3.- he/she pays the difference in the Daily Rate of Hunter for the whole period of the safari.

All payment must be done in US Dollar cash.

The outfitter could retain the trophies in case any payment remains outstanding.

Cancellation conditions and change of dates

In case of cancellation there won´t be any refund, unless a substitute safari shall be provided by the client for the period of the same safari.

In case of change of date of the safari duly booked, the client must pay an extra charge of 25% of the total Daily Rate each time a change occurs.

In case of death, the same terms will apply as the Cancellation conditions.
